Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt ® is the same type of salt as our coarser Light Grey variety, dried at a low temperature then finely ground. Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt ® has no additives and is not processed in any way beyond drying and grinding.
With a flavor subtler than that of the coarser variety, it is an all-purpose shaker salt convenient for use at the table or in baking. Fine Ground is the perfect salt for the novice health buff, and is a great way to introduce friends and family to Celtic Sea Salt ®.

Flower of the Ocean ®
Flower of the Ocean ® is a natural phenomenon of the salt flats of Northern France. Only when the weather conditions are just right do these small, delicate crystals form naturally on the surface of the salt brine. Look closely at this naturally white salt, and you will notice a pink tint that bespeaks its precious character.
Flower of the Ocean ® has an elegant, complex, delicate flavor balanced with a hint of sweetness. Most people choose to save Flower of the Ocean ® as a "finishing" salt (sprinkled over foods just before serving), but it can be used in cooking, or ground and used in baking. Flower of the Ocean ® also makes an excellent margarita salt.

Authentic Wasabi Powder
100% Natural. No Chemicals or fillers. Contains only dried ground wasabi.
Because Real Wasabi is grown in water there is no organic certification available. Organic wasabi available in the market today is actually not wasabi at all. It is usually a combination of horseradish, dried mustard and other fillers attemping to taste like authentic. Real Wasabi is only authentic, natural wasabi. We choose to carry this product because the company, Real Wasabi, chose authenticity over certification.

The strongly aromatic, sweet-tasting, dried inner bark of a tree in the laurel family, cinnamon is one of humanity's oldest spices. Its recorded use in China and Egypt date back to 2500 BC; it was one of the first spices traded in the Mediterranean area. Several cinnamon varieties exist in China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
In many European languages, the name for cinnamon comes from the Latin canella, which means "small tube, pipe." This refers to how thin strips if the inner bark of the cinnamon tree are sun dried to form tightly curled quills.
Health Benefits: Sweet and pungent, pleasant tasting and warming, cinnamon supports the spleen-pancreas, stomach, bladder, kidney, and liver meridians. It is one of the most commonly used warming Oriental herbs and has stimulant, analgesic, and astringent properties. Organic cinnamon can increase digestive fluid secretion and therefore ameliorate intestinal gas. It raises vitality and stimulates all the vital functions of the body, counteracting congestion and aiding the peripheral circulation of the blood. It is useful for treating diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, influenza, arthritis, menstrual cramps, rheumatism, and candidiasis. Its aroma relieves tension and helps steady the nerves.
Cinnamon is not recommended for pregnant women.
Use: In Western cuisine, cinnamon is commonly used in desserts. But considering that cinnamon aids absorption of nutrients, you might start using it more liberally. Elsewhere in the world, it is a common ingredient in savory dishes. My favorite way to use a cinnamon quill is to sauté it, along with any other spices, in warm oil until the quill unrolls, then add and cook the remaining ingredients. When using ground cinnamon, add is shortly before serving; it becomes bitter with prolonged cooking.
