Nets, which kill birds, dolphins, and other animals that get trapped in them, are never used in the catching process. Dave is one of the remaining few hook and line commercial fishermen. Dave's wild salmon and tuna are caught in the frigid waters of the Pacific Northwest, where the oil content of the fish is favorably high.
