 Every day we work directly with organic farmers along California's Central Coast, which
is renowned for its mild year-round growing climate and deep, rich soil. The farmers we work with often harvest produce the same day you place your order.
Country of Origin - The majority of our products comes from the U.S., with a few exceptions with some of the following selections: wine, artisan cheese, fish, olive oil and other Mediterranean foods, coffee, tea and some produce. We do our best to list the country of origin, either on the packaging or in the description.
When possible, we try to expand the season for our more popular organic produce by working with certified organic growers in Mexico and South America. Though the produce comes from out of the country; it still has to meet California's strict organics laws. You are always welcome to call and ask about a specific item's origin at the time of your order; we'll do our best to answer.

Our guarantee is simple. We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with the freshness of your food products and the service you receive from Diamond Organics. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, with the freshness of your products or our service, just let us know and we will do our very best to keep you happy.
All perishable items are guaranteed to arrive fresh. If there is ever a problem, simply call or email to let us know how you'd like us to handle it:
o Issue a store credit.
o Replace the item on a future order.
o Credit your charge card.
Any non-perishable item may be returned unused for any reason at any time as long as it's in its original packaging and unopened; no need to call, simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you'd like your credit to be issued and the reason you’d like to return it. Regarding wholesale: Sorry, we do not sell wholesale, in case lots or in bulk. We are
retailers only and sell direct to home cooks in carefully selected small quantities.
Our Business
Diamond Organics, Inc. provides certified organically grown food and other organic products by direct home delivery. We serve individuals nationwide through catalog, telephone, and web-based ordering. Since 1990, we have been providing a consistent year-around selection of the highest-quality organically grown fresh fruits and vegetables to individuals for everyday home use.
We receive, pack, and ship orders from our Moss Landing, California facilities in the heart of the largest collection of established organic farms in the nation. Orders are shipped by FedEx for next day air delivery across the country. Orders from customers in our Northern California region are shipped overnight by less expensive ground delivery.
We are committed to being a profitable business, serving our customers, organic farmers, employees and shareowners through innovative marketing and distribution.
How We have Developed our Business
We started in 1990 with an organic farm in nearby Freedom, California, packaging and shipping produce we grew and purchased from our neighbors. We've twice outgrown our distribution center. In 1997, we moved into a rented building in Watsonville. Our new 33,000 sq. ft. building was built for us last year in Moss Landing. We now have the capacity to pack and ship over 2,500 orders per day. Capital we raised from our customers in earlier, limited offerings of shares was used to increase our marketing, expand capacity and improve productivity. Since 1996, we have quadrupled the number of all-organic products we carry, our catalog has increased from 24 to 84 pages, and we've developed and expanded our website to include a webstore that now accounts for over 40% of sales. Our sales have increased at an average rate of about 20% a year.
Our Goals for the Future of Diamond Organics
This year, we expect to increase our volume of business toward the larger capacity of our new facility and to demonstrate the model of a profitable packing and distribution center with an in-house organic kitchen. Our longer-term goal is to create similar facilities in several parts of the United States and Europe, to provide free delivery of locally grown organic foods, along with most products found in a natural foods supermarket.
