We bake with wholesome organic ingredients like nutritious spelt flour, maple sugar, cultured butter and farm fresh eggs. You can taste the old-fashioned flavor in the pies, cakes, cookies and muffins that emerge from our ovens. We use all organic ingredients where possible; organic arrowroot and organic baking powder are not available, but we do use non-aluminum baking powder in the Diamond Organics kitchen.
