We are fortunate to be located on the Central California coast among the largest group of organic farmers in the country. The mild coastal climate allows our organic farmers to grow tender and "sweet" organic greens year-round. To assure absolute freshness, when possible organic greens are harvested the same day you order. Organic greens are a great source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber-organic turnip and organic collard greens are richer in calcium than dairy products. Organic greens are essential to a great meal: they liven up dishes, add texture and flavor, to round out the meal and make it nutritionally complete.
