This means they are never fed rendered animal by-products from slaughter-houses that could have been contaminated with Mad Cow Disease. How We Ship our Meat

Our suppliers have proven track records of producing a wide range of quality, healthy USDA certified organic meats from healthy farms. All products are shipped to us frozen and in sealed packages, and they remain that way until shipped to customers. Our tests conclude that overnight shipping in styrofoam boxes with dry ice keeps these products in perfect condition to all parts of the country. You may choose the size of box you think you'll need; if your items will go better in a larger or smaller box, we will adjust as necessary. The minimum charge for dry ice is $4.
